  • Team & Project Management. I am working on updating and streamlining the production process to best support all departments. I schedule updates and keep track of development progress.

  • Risk Assessment. I prioritize tasks to ensure key features are completed first and work closely with QA to ensure each new feature is ready to publish.

  • I also help out with design throughout the studio, focusing on initial concepts and UI/UX design.
